The Palestinians must use couriers to transit information so the IDF can't intercept their signals in order to track and kill them. This slows down the process of repatriating cadavers.

Similarly, historians have pointed out the number of treaties and agreements the US government reneged on with the Native Americans, justifying attacking them. The Serbs and Croatians destroyed centuries-old Mosques during the Bosnian Civil War (1992-95).
