Drudge Retort: The Other Side of the News
Friday, February 23, 2024

The investigator, Charles Mittelstadt, claimed he analyzed "all interactions" between Wade and Willis' phone during this time, which he initially said revealed over 2,000 calls and nearly 12,000 texts messages during that 11-month period -- most of which would likely have been before Wade was hired.

Mittlestadt said he also looked at "geolocation activity" of Wade's phone, which he said revealed "a minimum" of 35 instances in which Wade's phone connected "for an extended period" to the towers near a home in Hapeville, Georgia, where Willis was allegedly living at the time.

"The data reveals he is stationary and not in transit," the affidavit states.

Specifically, the investigator claims in his affidavit that records show Wade's phone arrived in the area of Willis' apartment at 10:45 pm in September 2021, and remained there until approximately 3:30 in the morning. The investigator claimed the records show Wade's phone arrived back to the area of his apartment just after 4:05 a.m., and that Wade "sent a text at 4:20am to Ms. Willis."

Not only will Dirty Fani be kicked off the case for perjuring herself but she may be disbarred for knowingly lying to the court.

The above is a LIE that you are stating - and you know it is a lie. You should be ashamed. The truth matters.

So far this is still nothing.
What I detest more than anything about this case is the constant obfuscation being pushed by tRump's "lawyers."
It's a "personal" relationship - without definition.
Then "personal" means "know each other"
Then "personal" means "friends, not romantic"
Then "personal" means "romantic" (no definition of what "romantic" means).
Then "personal" means "intercourse"
Then "personal" means "business, but a little deeper"
Then "personal" means "friendship, but no more sex."
...

I have a "personal" relationship with everyone of my friends. What else do you call it? It's not a "professional" relationship. I have "professional" relationships with my accountant, financial advisor, CPA, dentist, doctor, etc.

So the intent is to blur it all together to discredit the prosecution of tRump for very real and serious crimes.

No one has denied they knew each other, that they talked with each other, and that they are longtime friends That isn't even a question.

Even if they were romantically involved it is utterly meaningless. This is beyond stupid and I hope these tRumper's case is ripped to shreds.

Seriously, tRump's f**king porn stars cheating on his pregnant wife, ogling under age children, and is a flat out perv that has committed crime after crime, and the only tactic they have is to try and discredit the DA going after them over some irrelevant relationship.

"Anthony Michael Kreis, a law professor at Georgia State University who has followed the Trump case in Georgia closely, said he doubted that the cellphone data would factor heavily into the judge's ruling on disqualification. Because Ms. Willis has acknowledged that Mr. Wade was a mentor and close adviser, Professor Kreis said, "it's not contradictory for them to spend time together and exchange text messages, especially in the run-up to the investigation of Donald Trump."

Plus what do we know of the data? Nothing. Why? Because tRump's lawyers haven't released any of it.
"Mr. Trump's team did not release the data used by their investigator, so it was not possible to immediately verify their claims amid their (the tRump lawyers) shifting accounts of what the data revealed."

Even tRump's lawyers can't keep their story straight.

Wake me when something relevant happens.

The cell phone records discredit their story as told on the stand - the next 'oh ----' for Dirty Fani is when the judge actually reads the content of the messages. Now, the judge is a stooge that may try to protect her, but the content will be leaked. She is a corrupt DA with ghetto level intelligence so it no surprise this is coming crashing down around her. Also, it is clear the defense has someone in her inner circle cooperating....so, this will only get worse.

@#7 ... The cell phone records discredit their story as told on the stand ...

Once again...

When a Court decides that, I'll pay more attention to it.

Until then, this looks little more to me than fmr Pres trump's lawyers attempting to influence the court of public opinion. Why? Do they think their case in a Court of Law is weak?

"You can't handle the truth!"

'I just want 11,780 votes': Trump pressed Georgia to overturn Biden victory

"We now have irrefutable proof of a president pressuring and threatening an official of his own party to get him to rescind a state's lawful, certified vote count and fabricate another in its place."

The Post published the full call.

"The people of Georgia are angry, the people in the country are angry," Trump said. "And there's nothing wrong with saying, you know, um, that you've recalculated."

This nonsense does not address what you claimed:

"Hey, Gov... find me 11,780 votes, or you'll be in big trouble!"

So, either post actual evidence or admit that you lied.

Listen to the call, dumbass... Your Cult Leader threatened

"The book climaxes with the phone call, which was recorded and then given to multiple news organizations. Raffensperger " known as a conservative Republican before Trump targeted him " writes that he perceived Trump as threatening him multiple times during the phone call.

"I felt then " and still believe today " that this was a threat," Raffensperger writes. "Others obviously thought so, too, because some of Trump's more radical followers have responded as if it was their duty to carry out this threat."

apnews.com

It was the GA Sec of State, not the Gov that Trump threatened on the call.

"At one point on the call, Trump told Raffensperger, "What I want to do is this. I just want to find, uh, 11,780 votes, which is one more than [the 11,779-vote margin of defeat] we have, because we won the state."[7]

During the call, Trump falsely suggested that Raffensperger could have committed a criminal offense by refusing to overturn the state's election results.[6]

Legal experts have suggested that Trump's behavior and demands could have violated state and federal laws.[8][9][10]"

@#15 ...So, it was a perceived threat ...

Mob leaders only make perceived threats.

The actual threat is carried out by others. It gives the mob leader a certain level of deniability, which your current alias seems to be exploiting.

But it is good that your current alias admits that there was a perceived threat.

So, now going back to this thread...

I'll ask (again) ...

Does your current alias think that the assertions by fmr Pres Trump's lawyers will hold up in Court?

Or is fmr Pres Trump, as usual, trying to move his case to the court of public opinion?

" post actual evidence"

Read the transcript. Here is ONE paragraph, verbatim:
"And you are going to find that they are " which is totally illegal, it is more illegal for you than it is for them because, you know what they did and you're not reporting it. That's a criminal, that's a criminal offense. And you can't let that happen. That's a big risk to you and to Ryan, your lawyer. And that's a big risk. But they are shredding ballots, in my opinion, based on what I've heard. And they are removing machinery and they're moving it as fast as they can, both of which are criminal finds. And you can't let it happen and you are letting it happen. You know, I mean, I'm notifying you that you're letting it happen. So look. All I want to do is this. I just want to find 11,780 votes, which is one more than we have because we won the state."

It was a veiled threat.

The President of the United States literally threatened the Georgia Secretary of the State with legal action if he did not cooperate with him and find 11780 votes.

11780 ... A number that will now live in infamy.
