Princess Gloria von Thurn und Taxis, a former 1980s party girl and art collector who is now known for her connections to far-right conservatives, told a German news organization the Alitos were "private friends."

Well, it's courtesy title so let's just say she married well, has a ton of money and. as a businesswoman, she has her finger in a few pies.

The jury is still out on what she got, or expected to get, in return for $900 concert tickets or if that was just a small part of the whole package deal with Alito.

I'd guess it's just a thank you for generally always finding in favor of right wing politicians and issues. Complete;ly inappropriate and unethical; should be illegal.

It won't be long before someone digs up pictures of her and Lewzer. She was a Paris Hilton of her day back in NY around the same time Lewzer was hanging out at Studio 54 trying to get his picture in the paper by photobombing actual celebrities.

Give President Harris a new Senate that isn't worried sick that Trump might start a rumor mill to ruin their lives and, when the opportunity arises, she'll nominate squeaky clean Justices who have more integrity than this current batch of Trumpian lapdogs and grifters.

In the meantime, I'd welcome a serious investigation (with subpoena powers) to uncover the breadth and volume of the grifting and, with evidence of guilt, lead the guilty party(s) to impeachment.

I'd also like to see the IRS get involved with an eye out for tax evasion charges.
