Corky, one of the ironies is that a functioning review system (either by insurance or the health system) would never have allowed aggressive cancer treatment without proof that a biopsy had been done.

What I want is a functioning review board. We used to have grand rounds, tumor registries, ECT review panels etc. to review and consult. Back when we were independent practitioners and not corporate drones.
