Personally, I can think of much better ways to blow $4k than spending it to stand in lines for half my day.

Hit the limit? I think they passed it some time ago and have been floated by that weird group of adults who are obsessed with Disney.

Shame on me for saying it...
but
the elephant in the room is sizeable... so to speak.

Soooooo maybe... if they retrofit the seats on the rides bigger to fit the fat hineys of their current customer base...

just saying... you can't enjoy an amusement park if you can't fit in the rides...
back in the day there used to be signs insisting you had to be a certain size to ride... sort of what's happening now... only ... then it used to be wait a few years... something for them to look forward to... now it's ironic... one kid... needs two seats... so let's blame it on everything else.

Woe is me... The struggles of a wealthy nation.

Used to be... that a day at the Amusement park meant a day of kids pigging out on "forbidden foods"... now it's just a continuation of what they eat all the time... 24-7... only more expensive.

This is nothing. See how much it would cost you to ski for a day at Vail or Sun Valley.

In Europe, skiing is still one of the cheaper things you can do. Even indoor skiing.
