First amendment? What first amendment?

Very good general question.

Is the first amendment still in effect?

I've heard a lot of talk suggesting it no longer applies.

@#3 ... Is the first amendment still in effect? ...

Too soon to tell.

It will all depend upon what SCOTUS decides.

But as a subscript, I proffer, Freedom of the Press is in the First Amendment.

Guns, on the other hand, were relegated to the Second Amendment.

So, all those who hold the Second Amendment in a high esteem, should then hold the Press in a higher esteem.

The 1st Amendment is still in effect, as long as you don't mention transgenderism, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, humanitarianism, systemic racism, racism, or Donald Trump's many crimes and his treason

Conservatives hate the 1st amendment and democrats aren't using the 2nd amendment, like they should be.

Where's Jeff to be outraged over this actual blatant infringement on freedom of speech after three years of non-stop whining over non-existent censorship?

So, free speech is dead in Mississippi? The real question is was it ever not dead in that s**thole? Were the leaders there ever not Nazis?

Watch "A Man In Full" on Netflix. The story takes place in Georgia but that wasn't much different from Mississippi.
