Judge Millett noted that alleged Nazis were given hearing boards and subject to established regulations, while the alleged members of Tren De Aragua were given no such rights.

Whew! The judge has her act together and is asking basic questions that the DOJ can't answer. Things like "you know when the plane landed. You know how long the flight is. You know the plane flew non-stop. You are telling me you don't know when it took off?"

It just got bloodier and bloodier after that. This is utterly fascinating - and stunning. The DOJ's Drew Ensign comes across as a total idiot.

"Nazis got better treatment under the Alien Enemies Act."

That's because a lot of Americans, roughly 30% at any given time, support the Nazis and their ideology.

Matter of fact, had today's GOP been around in the 1930s, America would have aided the Nazis. (More than we did the first time).

The ACLU lawyer is speaking now, and the judge questioning him seems to be more questioning in a "benefit of doubt" way to the DOJ, but the ACLU answers are at solid and rooted in law and precedence. Night and day difference when compared to the DOJ lawyer.

Due Process.

It's the basis of the Justice system.

Which is why Pres Trump constantly criticizes the Justice Branch.

The only Due Process he cares about is people following his orders.

"Judge declines to lift ban on Trump deportations under wartime powers
3 hours ago

A US federal judge has refused to lift a temporary restraining order blocking the deportation of Venezuelan migrants under President Donald Trump's invocation of wartime powers.

Judge James Boasberg ruled on Monday that many of those deported dispute their gang affiliation and must be allowed to challenge their removal.

The ruling comes ahead of a Monday afternoon appeals court hearing, where the administration will seek to overturn Boasberg's original March 15 restraining order."

I wonder how many DOJ officials lose their bar licenses before this regime is done. DOJ Barbie has her underlings lying to judges in open court. Judges need to start holding them in contempt and referrals need to be made to their state bar associations. There MUST be repercussions for this type of activity. Lying to the FBI results in criminal charges, lawyers cannot be permitted to lie in open court or in court documents.

#11 well, no.

"NASA and SpaceX are collaborating on the Starship Human Landing System (HLS) for the Artemis III mission, aiming to return astronauts to the Moon's surface for the first time in over 50 years, with a planned uncrewed test flight in 2025 and a crewed flight no earlier than mid-2027."

That partnership began in April 2021.

Ohmuhgerd why does Biden love nazis?!?!
