A top Democratic National Committee official has claimed the party spent $2 billion trying to trick Americans into 'not believing their eyes' amid Joe Biden's bid to win a second term as president.
David Hogg, the 25-year-old vice chair, argued on Friday that the Democratic Party lost the presidential election in 2024 because they spent a fortune trying to get voters to believe that former President Joe Biden was fine and the economy was performing well.
'People said to us that "Joe Biden is too old," and they said that "prices are too high,"' Hogg recounted on Real Time with Bill Maher.
'And we said, with the power of $2 billion behind us, "No he's not," then "Yes he is" and then "No they're not, look at this graph of the stock market,"' he claimed.

I'm going back to bed. I agree with Boaz about something political. I must rest my weary head.

WASHINGTON: As TV cameras were brought in for a White House meeting on Monday, a vicious battle erupted between Jeanine Pirro and Pete Hegseth over an eyebrow pencil.
According to a witness, Hegseth was in the process of doing "a little touch up" when Pirro brazenly swiped the pencil out of his hand.
A no-holds-barred wrestling match between the two former Fox hosts ensued, resulting in the pencil tumbling to the carpet and being pocketed by JD Vance.
Reportedly, Hegseth was philosophical about losing the pencil since Pirro failed to abscond with the three minibar whiskeys hidden in his pants.

Trump is what would happen if Dunning and Kruger had a baby and then dropped it on its head.
never has a bigger ------- imbecile been more serenely convinced of his own genius. blissfully unaware that he is a hall-of-fame-level dumb-ass, Donny coasts through life on the belief that solving the world's problems is a piece of cake.
which is why it's super hilarious to learn that, as Donny's having dinner with cronies at his Florida golf motel, he's whining to them about how hard presidenting is.

Democrat leadership doesn't care about winning. They care about those mega donor contributions paying their salary. Win or Lose, they keep getting paid as long as they tout the losing Corporate Line.
Republicans are at least straightforward about it.

Do you get the feeling that the Democratic leadership wanted Trump to win because he supports the ultra wealthy like they do?? That includes Hillary as well.
