"We see a lot of deals collapsing, especially in major markets like Las Vegas and Phoenix,' Joel Efosa, the CEO of Fire Cash Buyer, told the Daily Mail.
"It's especially first-time buyers. Some are losing their jobs, others simply no longer qualify for loans because they don't make enough or have good credit."
He noted: "Realtors are asking sellers to accept the truth " the market is crashing before our eyes."

Prices are crashing here in Texas. It's insane.

Prices around here (western CT) are rising. My house price is almost twice what it was 5 years ago. A neighbor's house went up for sale and was sold in less than a week.

Yet our portfolio, as of mid June, and my wife's 401k, are back to where they were before the 'sky is falling' media created panic over Trumps tariff proposals. Only ones who lost are those who, like idiots, sold in panic.

@#4 ... created panic over Trumps tariff proposals ...
The reason the stock market came back was due to Pres Trump backing down on his tariffs.

#5 | POSTED BY LAMPLIGHTER AT 2025-06-12 02:13 PM | FLAG: Apparently you have no clue [no surprise there] as to how trump works. To bring the countries to the table to negotiate he purposely put in place high tariffs, never intending to keep them that high - just a negotiation tactic, and you did not even 'get it'. Of course, like so many of the libs here, you seem to have a lack of business acumen.
Try reading The Art Of the Deal and you may just learn something -- assuming you can comprehend what is written there.
Personally, I bought and read it in early '88, a few months after it came out.

Which ALWAYS ends up with higher consumer prices. Is that the goal?
Tell us: who pays the American tariffs, China, or Americans???

That high tariffs was a negotiating tactic was no secret limited to the inner circle. The problem was the uncertainty the public negotiations caused. This very well could have been done behind the scenes by his trade negotiation team. I prefer not to see the POTUS personally and publicly engaged in trade negotiations. I prefer that they work behind the scenes and emerge when there is something important to announce. All of this tariffs on, tariffs off makes it difficult for businesses and investors to plan.

Problem is that no one else out there has the power, let alone the business acumen, to accomplish what Trump is doing, in either party. There has been no president/administration in our lifetime who has been willing to tackle this to aid the USA economy -- so GO TRUMP!

- accomplish what Trump is doing
You may be right about that.

The most chilling thing about your remark is that you believe it.
serious question here...
Do you know how bad a man has to be to run for president and nearly lose to a woman in this country?
Trumpanzee only wins when he runs for office against women in a nation that doesn't elect women.
For the first time in our nation's history... more people would have rather had a woman in office than a man... and Trumpanzee was the man they didn't want in office.
Clinton and Obama did a much better job.
The facts show
Nixon left office in disgrace. Reagan presided over the most corrupt administration (at that time) in US history. Bushturd2 left office in disgrace Trumpanzee disgraced the office with a 4 year temper tantrum after he lost to... according to you... a senile old man.
You think that is what is going to "save the country"?
