At least a dozen of Trump's "helpers" along the way are now convicted felons, a mark they'll have to live with the rest of their lives, destroying their lives, their careers, their livelihood and their reputations and probably name association of their sons, daughters and grandchildren.

Was it worth it?

In retrospect, probably not, at least not for them.

But Trump got away with nary a scratch.

Convicted felons seems to be a positive on rethugs resume.

He was ALWAYS a piece of garbage. If he ever did anything that appeared good, it was either for his own benefit or the benefit of his shady allies.

I wonder if a certain someone is making things with Rudy behind bars blazened on the front of them??

As long as he gets away with it he will continue to do whatever he wants. Jail time might stop him.

Rudy has always been a glory hound. First 9-11. Then his run for the presidency. Then about his part in overturning the 2020 election by interfering with the electoral count. (convicted in Arizona) Then about digging up dirt on Hunter Biden. Then his part in the stolen documents case in Florida for which he was convicted.

All the while ingratiating himself with Donald Trump in hopes of becoming a major player in Trump's next administration.

That's Rudy in a nutshell. A glory hound.

If he does not do so, he faces a $200 a day fine until he complies.

What's the point of fining the guy $200/day when he owes $150 M? Does the court seriously think that will change his behavior when he is already under contempt?

The judge is a COWARD. Every effin day, the courts reveal themselves to biased in favor of the rich and powerful. Sure, some of the r&p get taken down but it appears to be the exception and not the rule.

FEDUP

All partially true. One gets the impression Rudy is stalling for Trump to have a change of heart after he becomes president.

Trying to run out the clock, so to speak, on a hope and a prayer.

I love the idea that Andrew Giuliani can do nothing while his dad acts like the dumbest civil defendant in history and Andrew's entire inheritance goes to two Georgia poll workers.

Chris Farley played Andrew Giuliani to perfection.
