Grassley pushed Trump to institute sanctions on Russia -- which Trump has previously threatened to do if they didn't come to the negotiating table on the war -- and added that Russia is "playing America as a patsy."

Meanwhile in Russia: state TV host Olga Skabeeva was delighted with Trump's "peace proposal." Even Russian propagandists are stunned by everything the Trump administration is willing to do for Russia. This and more in my latest article, linked below www.youtube.com/watch?v=2lvr ...

Broken clocks... Trump is proof that there are people even worse than Mr Grassley.

From the cited article ...

... Grassley pushed Trump to institute sanctions on Russia -- which Trump has previously threatened to do if they didn't come to the negotiating table on the war -- and added that Russia is "playing America as a patsy." ...

Well, yeah.

That's not been obvious?

But, I'd rephrase that as Russia is ~playing its Pres Trump sock puppet as a patsy.~

Pres Putin seems to know the triggers of Pres Trump to get him to do what Pres Putin wants Pres Trump to do.

Putin ignores trump.
Zelensky ignores trump.
Bibi ignores trump.
Xi ignores trump.
The rest of the world ignores trump.
Anybody else see a pattern here?
When Mao called America a paper tiger, he was prescient about trump.

@#4

My only significant change to your comment would be ...

Putin ignores trump.

-- to --

Pres Putin knows how to manipulate and use Pres Trump.

Grassley is trying to shame Trump into increasing sanctions against Russia.

Meanwhile Trump is trying to blame Ukraine for Russia's continued war crimes and refusal to make peace. To give Trump cover to lift sanctions on Russia. Because that's Trump's true goal. To strengthen Russia and attack Ukraine.

TRUMP IS PUTIN'S PATSY!!!

Trump is indebted to Putin.

Trump is a child. He never grew up. He's a spoiled brat. He's running the county like a brat. He's impulsive. Shortsighted. Greedy. Stupid and full of himself.

He burnt through the money dad left him and Putin saw an opportunity.

This is a fact.

The only people who dispute it are his cult members who are absolutely delusional, deplorable, Trumping, MAGAts.

Playing tRump as a patsy. Because he is

Trump is making the same mistake he made in his first administration. He failed to work on Putin's agenda (to restore the old U.S.S.R.) so miserably that he set Mr. Putin's agenda back four years, at least.

I was surprised that Mr. Putin gave him another chance.

Now, once again, Trump is turning out to be a very poor sock puppet.

So, if Mr. Putin runs true to nature, he may decide to handle Trump the same way he handled Mr. Prigozhin, (Wagner Group) another former ally and close confident who got too big for his britches.

Wouldn't that be a hoot?

In case Mr. Putin decides that Trump is more trouble than he's worth, I wonder who Mr. Putin would prefer for their malleability. . . . J.D. Vance or Mike Johnson?

Well, now, lessee ... .Vance is a Catholic, so not a Christian to Bible fondling yahoos like Johnson. But Johnson's a Bible fondling yahoo, so quite suspect. What an embarrassment of "riches"!

Trump struts about the world stage pretending to be brave and thoughtful, but in fact he is a little boy terrified of his father, in spirit, and all the powerful men out there who can show him up, so Trump kisses the rump of Putin and Xi and the next Pope, whoever that will be. That is all Trump is about, letting the big daddies of the world own it all.

Now that Trump has puffed himself up enough to think he can start giving orders to Mr. Putin (STOP! BOMBING KYIV) I have a feeling Trump himself is in for a big smackdown . . . Russian style.
