An international arrest warrant issued by the ICC for crimes against humanity remains active for Benjamin Netanyahu. An indictment is merely an allegation. Since you brought it up:
Hamas killed like 800-900 people in total.
About 100 of those killed by Hamas had military affiliations, depending how you slice it.
The other 300-400 were killed by Netanyahu and his Hannibal Directive.
