Well, now we can see why the Big Alcohol companies were opposed to marijuana legalization.

Surprised the opioid numbers didn't drop.

Laying here recovering from breaking my ankle and having it surgically reconstructed. I'm taking about 1/2 the amount of painkillers they prescribed thanks to MJ doing some heavy lifting in the pain relief category.

Even on the regular I get 5 norco a day for MS but frequently top out at 4 and on weekends vacations get that number down to 3.

Complete nonsense. My binge drinking is at an all time high, along with my weed consumption.

Is this statistical change a good thing or a bad thing per the medical experts?

I could never booze and toke at the same time. It would make me sleepy/nauseated... head spinny sick. It's one or the other.

I've always preferred ganja... I didn't smoke for decades because I've worked freelance... and passing a drug test expanded my job opportunities.

I'm not much of a drinker... now and then... a drink with friends... I spent decades stone cold sober. I don't expect cures for my anxiety... or depression... I've had the real ones... keeping it moving until I was exhausted cured my insomnia... I'm a bit "paleo" when it comes to my mental state and pain experience. I took mostly otc drugs for my aches... sometimes prescription... until they presented negative side effects.

I've had a lot of job-related (mostly minor)injuries... so now I live with chronic pain. When medical became available... I returned and it's been a game changer for the aches and pains... the kind of sleep I get now has been nice too.
