I've always hated employee surveys.
Maybe it's because my experience with them is not good. Employers who use them to pad or embellish happiness and/or satisfaction or use it as an opportunity to conduct a witch hunt on those who dared criticize....

Federal law is null and void.
The Supreme Court said the president can do whatever he wants and the republican majority congress is right in board with it.

That's nice. Have you ever worked for a company as large as the Federal Government?
I have.
Employee feedback was essential to maintaining morale. It's was actually a yearly check on the performance of the managers and supervisors.
But if you are not interested in employee morale then of course Fug them employee surveys. Now it's ... Who cares what the hoi polloi think about their working conditions? They should just STFU and be lucky to be employed or they can quit and join Trumpy's SS at the eastern front.
