Pentagon Plan Prioritizes Homeland over China Threat

Pentagon officials are proposing the DOD prioritize protecting the homeland and Western Hemisphere, a striking reversal from the military's yearslong mandate to focus on the threat from China. A draft of the newest National Defense Strategy (NDS) places domestic and regional missions above countering adversaries such as Beijing and Moscow.

Kremlin denies Trump's assertion that Russia is "conspiring" against the U.S. with China and North Korea and said it hopes the comment was made in irony.

Trump, Vlad, and Xi have divvied up the world already; we get N and S 'Murica.

Vlad gets Europe, and Xi gets Asia and India.

The fighting will be over African resources.

It's a done deal, which is why Trump has already claimed Greenland, Canada, Mexico, and Central and S. America... and why the Dept of War is readying to enforce that.

This administration is going to lead the USA into the toilet. Actually, AUGUSTINE, if you follow their decisions and connect the dots, it's the U.S. Supreme Court who is engineering the assault on American democracy. I notice that they rein Trump in every once in a while when they think he's endangering their slower, but more permanent, incremental plan of assault by moving too fast.

As the Chief Engineer of the move to autocracy, it isn't Mr. Putin calling the shote as some people assume.

It's the U.S. Supreme Court whose decisions keep Trump off or on a leash. But mostly to protect Trump himself from the worst of his self-destructive instincts.

Of course they can't do everything without being obvious. Sometimes Trump just slips out of the collar like a disobedient dog.
