Trump Loses in Bid to Overturn of $83.3M Defamation Case

A federal appeals court on Monday rejected President Donald Trump's bid to overturn a jury verdict ordering him to pay $83.3 million for defaming writer E. Jean Carroll.

The ruling from a trio of judges on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit upheld that verdict, which Trump argued was both excessive and invalid following a Supreme Court decision that expanded his presidential immunity.

#6: If Zohran Mamdani wins in NYC, he could hire E. Jean Carroll to be his Deputy Spokesperson at City Hall. Dummkopf Trumof would love that. The first skirmish against the Trumpf junta is the November NYC mayoral race and (AIPAC) Democrats have not yet endorsed Zohran. Zohran challenged Dummkopf Trumpf to a direct debate after his interference attempts in the NYC mayoral race became public. This young man raised so much money (two months ahead of the race), he asked donors to STOP sending him money because of the legal limitations.
