Imagine spending all that money, flying all that way, only to be swept up by ICE before you can get out of the #%?! airport? I believe the reason Trump is gas-bagging constantly about a sport he knows squat about is (1) his bottomless, pathological need to keep his mug in the newscycle, and (2) the fact he apparently can't find a way to profit from his association with the notoriously shady FIFA suits. Instead, they recently bought him off with a gaudy medallion and three noticeably under-filled sacks of 'Yes Sir, yes Sir, three bags full Sir" of flattery and meaningless toady froufrou. I'd like a refund...this timeline sucks.

FIFA 2026 will be a disaster for manifest reasons, including this staggering price gouging, as well as Dummkopf Trumpf's personal greed and competence, ICE, and FIFA corruption.

"Dummkopf Trumpf Accused Over 'Worst Deal' In World Cup History US Taxpayers Will Pay"

www.sportbible.com

"Estimates suggest that while the US expects between five and seven million international visitors for the tournament, the combination of travel bans, visa issues, and enforcement concerns could result in hundreds of thousands " or even millions " of fans choosing to stay away or attend matches only in Canada or Mexico."

The only good news in this slowly developing debacle was Israel's elimination from FIFA earlier this year.

Could you imagine how many volunteers would have showed up with rotten eggs and tomatoes for the team that represents ethnic cleansing?

CORRECTION: "FIFA 2026 will be a disaster for manifest reasons, including this staggering price gouging, as well as Dummkopf Trumpf's personal greed and incompetence, ICE, and FIFA corruption."

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I thought it interesting that Lewzer was suggesting that since "Soccer" is really "Football", the NFL needs to come up with a new name for their thing. Imagine if Obama has suggested that?

"When you look at what has happened to football in the United States, which is soccer in the United States, we seem to never call it (football) because we have a little bit of a conflict with another thing that's called football," Trump said Friday during the FIFA World Cup draw. "But when you think about it, shouldn't it really be called ... this is football, there's no question about it. We have to come up with another name for the NFL. It really doesn't make sense when you think about it."

How many foreigners are going to spend thousands of dollars to attend the World Cup, only to be thrown in Trump Gulag for a social media post.

And who would want to visit a country that has brutally invaded another one?

Has tourism been up in Russia or Israel since Feb 2022?

FIFA 2026 foreshadows the 2028 Olympics in California.

Both multi-billion dollar spectacles unfortunately happen to occur during Dummkopf Trumpf's Reign of Terror, befouling both events while enriching his cronies and him.

So FIFA fans, come visit an expensive, police state to waste your time and money here next year.

Pro sports in general have gotten ludicrously expensive.

Given FIFA's overall vileness and corruption, does this actually surprise anyone?

2028 Olympics in California.

Lewzer is not going to tolerate references to Los Angeles or California with regard to the Games.

It will be known as the "2028 United States of America Olympic Games".

Unless he finds a way to work his own name in there somehow.

We are, in many ways, led by some good people but also a lot of truly criminal human beings.

I looked at purchasing a package for games in Seattle. Don't get to choose the specific games or teams. For 3 games it would be 10's of thousands of dollars.

Now that the teams and matches have been released you can purchase tickets on resale sites. Generally $300 to 2200 depending on teams and round. Too much for my blood, yet it looked like most venues are already almost sold out.
