We had lots of sex. And drugs. And rock n roll.

Sorry, not sorry. And pretty sure we didn't go around weeping at what awful people prior generations were. You -------.

And bra burnings... don't forget bra burnings! Or the Pill. Can forget Herpes.

The Gen before us, the Greatest Gen, saved the world for just these such things! ALSO They eventually helped bring about real change by joining us in the streets to stop a war and to take down a President.

Unfortunately that scared and woke up the Elites, who put money behind Reagan to create economies that forced people to cut their hair and buy suits. And then the Elites paid for the Tea Party and CU and the Heritage Foundation and Project 25 and now Trump.

Whenever the kids go to the streets now, there may be some Boomers who have theirs and don't want to lose it, but there's a lot of others who, have theirs or not, showed up at the NO KINGS Rallies.

Gen Bashing is a waste of time; it's a Distraction from the Elite, just as is Immigrant Bashing.

A. I did not nor do I own a bra.
B. Nor did I partake of this "pill" you speak of.
C. And last but not least - no herpes for me.

In a world where most billionaires are under 50, how is this the boomers fault again??

The average age of US billionaires is 68...

Only 10% in the US are under 50.

And what does US age distribution have to do with the average age of Billionaires?

Did you forget what we were even talking about?

Obviously you are someone with nothing to say.

Just saying what is obvious. You coming to Boomer defense as you sold the youth of America down the river.

Great job! Now spend your kids inheritance, the medical industry needs you!

I was quite aware of the deflection to billionaires.

In my #6 comment, I was noting the overall age, not the age of billionaires.

I do note, the thread is about, "AP: A Look at Aging Baby Boomers" not the age of billionaires.

Never happened. Read #2 as many times as it takes to penetrate your thick skull.

Interestingly... it seems when we are discussed as a generation... it's often about our wealth... rather our greed.

I think it's an unfair summation based on a few really bad apples.

I've never been wealthy enough to be greedy...

I spent X-mas evening with good friends... enjoying the company of their young adult children ... 4 20-somthings I've known since they were teenagers. Two live at parent's home... one of them lives there with his new spouse... they converted the basement into a small apartment. The folks appreciate the help around the house and the added income. The other two live close by one single one married.

It was a good time and... I appreciated how optimistic the kids actually are... struggling... full of themselves... making it in the world.

They aren't afraid of AI... Armageddon... end of the world... or whatever... and they're waiting for Trumpanzee to die... because he's old.

The future is fine... the kid will make it work... same as we did.

Yeah, but how the kids make it work remains a question.

What are the kids learning now that they may apply to create their future they want to live in?
