Unless Congress somehow stops Dummkopf Trumpf, his nefarious regime will spread more war and chaos in Latin America as he aspires to establish rightwing satrapies that will be loyal to the junta and corporate masters. This updated version of the Monroe Doctrine was a 19th-century concept pushed by Confederate white supremacists of the Knights of the Golden Circle to establish hegemony over the darker-skinned peoples of Latin America in order to exploit their resources:
