What did the man who murdered the ICU nurse do for a living? I mean, before he was recruited by the Nazi Party?

The only positive I can see in this incident relative to the Renee Goode shooting is that several agents on scene immediately started first aid with one rushing over to assist so quickly they fell and seemed to smack their head on the street.

Of note, these individuals looked to be more professional in their garb than most of these "agents," who look like goobers in running shoes, jeans and camo fleeces wearing Amazon purchased larp gear meant for airsoft.

I'm clinging to some hope that individuals within the agency who were there before Trump turned it into the Gestapo see what it's becoming and act accordingly. Further evidence of this are the agents who blew the whistle on the 4th amendment shredding memo authorizing invading people's homes without a warrant.

I still can't figure out how these people think that simply 'writing a memo' allows them to ignore the Constitution.

Sounds like the RN didn't attend his CCW classes. Oh well.

You need to take a class on the Constitution, like us Immigrants have too.

Well SCOTUS ruled it is ok under administrative warrants if there is probable cause in civil cases (remember immigration is a civil issue). SCOTUS held WI probation officers could enter a residence without a warrant and based only on reasonable suspicion. While the 4th Amendment applied "reasonableness" is not the same as in the "criminal" context.

Why is that?

You need to take a class on the Constitution, like us Immigrants have too.

Administrative warrants are never authoritative enough to enter private property. Period.

Well SCOTUS ruled it is ok under administrative warrants if there is probable cause in civil cases (remember immigration is a civil issue).

Name the case.

The WI decision hinged on probationers having diminished expectations of privacy under the law.

So try again, s*&^bag.

BTW drop the fake immigrant shtick. You're a MAGA s*&^stain agitator, nothing more.
