Here's a recap of Trump's remarks on Saturday night, in which he threatened to strike Iranian power plants if Tehran does not "fully open" the strait of Hormuz within 48 hours.

Writing on Truth Social, Trump said:

If Iran doesn't FULLY OPEN, WITHOUT THREAT, the Strait of Hormuz, within 48 HOURS from this exact point in time, the United States of America will hit and obliterate their various POWER PLANTS, STARTING WITH THE BIGGEST ONE FIRST!"

@#1 ... aka The Rage Posting War ...

It is beginning to look more and more as if Pres Trump is acting as if he were boxed in a corner with few options.

So,he seems to be raging, not thinking.

Looks like Pfc Bone Spurs hasn't met a war crime he won't enthusiastically embrace.
Kind of like when he mindlessly and enthusiastically dry ""(starts with an "h," rhymes with "jumps") our flag.
Or skull flucks his MAGAt minions.

Graham to Trump: Consider removing US bases from countries who won't let us fly from them
thehill.com

Lindsey (girl's name) Graham is too dumb to realize that he is proposing we give Iran exactly what they want. Leaving.

Not that I don't agree. We have troops in the Middle East to provide stability and security so we can get cheap gas. And prop up Israel. We have failed at all of that, except doing Bibi's bidding. Iran knows it, and with enough pressure from Iran, countries are going to start politely telling us to kindly ---- off. Some might not be so kindly.

Everybody except Trump and his corrupt band of -------- knew this would be a --------. And here we are.

While the Iran part of the war is on the brink of the abyss, Israel is turning southern lebanon into another gaza. they just destroyed the main bridge into the southern part of the country stopping aid and food and medicine from getting in.

2026 Candidates: Kick Out These Selfish Warmongers

Dummkopf Trumpf recently attacked young master James Talarico (D-TX) on Truth Social as "whacked" and "grossly incompetent."

AI snapshot:

"James Talarico's (D-TX) stance on Israel is nuanced. He has signaled support for Israel as a Jewish and democratic state while also denouncing strikes in Iran and advocating for restrictions on certain military sales to Israel. He has stated he would not accept funding from AIPAC, a prominent pro-Israel lobbying group, and has criticized some aspects of Israel's military actions.

However, his voting record includes support for a bill requiring schools to use the IHRA definition of antisemitism, which some interpret as aligning with pro-Israel positions. His positions are often contrasted with other progressive Democrats, but he is not uniformly seen as "pro-Israel" in the traditional sense."

US midterm elections are on Tuesday 3 Nov 2026.

Trump is now threatening to commit War Crimes in Iran against the civilian population:

"Trump's aides defended the threat as a hard-edged tactic to press Iran into submission. Opponents framed it as the failings of a president who miscalculated what it would take to get out of a geopolitical mire.

"Trump has no plan to reopen the Strait of Hormuz, so he is threatening to attack Iran's civil power plants," said Sen. Ed Markey, D-Mass, adding:

"This would be a war crime."

"He's lost control of the war and he is panicking," said Sen. Chris Murphy, D-Conn., responding to Trump's post."

Meh... what's another crime to a convicted criminal like Trump?

They could have reinstated subsidies for health insurance for the current amount they've spent in 3 weeks of an illegal and poorly planned war.

Hi AU:

Indeed. The US is clearly not Denmark or Finland.

BTW: Did you see the report that HHS wants to automatically enroll Medicare beneficiaries into Medicare Advantage plans?

Didn't the unaliving good-for-nothing UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson by Luigi Mangione provide these greedy blighters an effin' clue?

Graham to Trump: Consider removing US bases from countries who won't let us fly from them

This is where the most stupid p.o.s. in Washington are going to make decisions that will bite the US in the ass for decades to come.

The bases are there for OUR benefit to respond to things quickly.

Pulling the US bases out of the nations that don't want to be dragged into the hell hole of Iran with Bibi and Dotard is extremely stupid and reactionary.

But that has the been the operating mode of the GOP for the past decade.

SO it turns out that, according to Iran, there are no direct talks between them and the US.

Can anyone really imagine that Trump would LIE about that??

no consequences for lying.
