"New guidance for the program de-emphasizes contraception, citing overprescription, and negative side effects. The changes are seen as an attempt to appease the radical anti-abortion wing of the Republican party. Faux Christian anti-abortion misfits are calling for Planned Parenthood to be permanently ineligible for Title X funding."
