Before Pres Trump's unprovoked war with Iran, the Strait of Hormuz was wide open. And the world was OK with oil deliveries.

Over a hundred ships passed through the Strait each and every day.

Now, as a result of Pres Trump's unprovoked war with Iran, the Strait of Hormuz is all but closed.

And the world is facing an energy crisis.

--------- Southeast Asia Looks to Sign Petroleum Security Pact
oilprice.com

... The Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) looks to ratify a petroleum security agreement, Philippine Trade Secretary Cristina Roque said on Thursday as Asian nations are reeling from the shock oil supply crisis amid the Middle East war.

"APSA, or the ASEAN Petroleum Security Agreement, is being pursued to enable coordinated emergency fuel sharing and collective responses to supply disruption," Roque said during an online briefing, as carried by Reuters.

Southeast Asian economies such as the Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Vietnam were the first to feel fuel shortages after the blocked Strait of Hormuz cut off most of their regular crude and fuel supply from the Middle East.

Many of the Southeast Asian countries have turned to alternative suppliers, including Russian oil, which is now allowed for unsanctioned sale by the U.S. Treasury until May 16, under a waiver the Trump Administration extended by a month earlier in April. ...

#6 Lamp, I am "looking forward" to the reports, six months from now, about the historic profits made by the oil companies based on the record costs for a barrel of oil six months earlier.

Just another massive transfer of low- and middle-class wealth to the oil companies and the oligarchs.

Almost ready for you ...

The US seems to have so much oil that it is exporting oil.

So, is Big Oil using that surplus to lower prices, or is Big Oil using the situation to raise the price at the pump?

What else yer got?

That's what they paid for when they gave the orange chomo millions for his dance hall, millions for his inauguration and bought millions upon millions of his worthless meme coins.

Now the US is dumping a million barrells per day out of the SPR when the US actual deficit is twenty million barrells per day.

70% of farmers are saying they will not be able afford fuel and fertilizer for this growing season.

$5 per gallon is here. $6 to $7 will be here soon.

The number of Americans taking out loans to buy food has almost doubled to 25%.

Utility rates have jumped up 18%.

Car loan defaults have jumped up to 40% of buyers.

The orange chomo sure has ------ this nation up big time.

Meanwhile sailors on ships in the middle east are on starvation diets because the supply ships can't keep up. www.usatoday.com

There are 2500 ships stuck in the gulf slowly running out of fuel, water and food. When the chomo capitualtes and the gulf opens, they will need to head to port to refuel and restock before delivering their cargo.

The petroleum industry analysts are saying gas prices will be sky high through 2027 now.
