Like no one (except Tom Clancy) could see 911 coming?

This is BS. If you live in Texas, you learn the storms.

The second "mistake" was in not providing for that warning systems. Trump/MAGA/GOP is forever willing to trade lives for "savings". We have a massive rainy day fund that they refuse to even spend on rain.

But the FIRST mistake was allowing these camps to be built in those flood plains at all. There's nothing more Texan than a massive flash flood. EVERYONE knew that they would be washed away one day. EVERYONE, including those who made a profit from this game of Russian roulette every year.

It's going to happen again.

Trump/MAGA/GOP is the poster child for the banality of evil.

Where do the Nazis come from? We appear to raise them.
