Many Cuban medical patients are going to die when their dialysis (or other) machines run out of power.
Three murderous regimes are making life on Planet Earth unbearable for people: The US, Russia, and Israel.

Maybe a hearty band of Cuban patriots will get in a boat and set fire to Mar-A-Pedo

Here's hearty for you.
A colleague and friend of mine from last century worked on a federal case where the target was a Cuban.
Years prior, this suspect and several compadres were making their way to the US on a flimsy dinghy when it capsized.
The Cubans hung on to the device for dear life, kicking away sharks until they somehow made it to US shores, beginning their criminal enterprises not long afterwards.

The sooner Cubans recognize Marco Rubio as their new supreme ruler the better it will be for them.

We Americans are waging war against the world, murdering and blockading at will, all highly illegal but since we murdered the rule of law no one can stop us. It is as if the mass murderer Ted Bundy were running the White House. I don't care if this brutal behavior makes MAGA happy, it is making the US an outlaw nation.

Americans who think that struggling Cubans will stay put and not try to get to the US are fooling themselves. They are also fooling themselves if they think that Cuban Americans will return to their home country anytime in the future, other than as tourists. And the current administration is fooling themselves if they think they can take over Cuba with little or no cost.
That giant sucking sound we are about to hear is our tax dollars going to Venezuela, Iran and Cuba, and never coming back...
