Yes, I've read that he cut off funding to Central America. Funding for a program that was not doing the US any good doesn't make any sense to me, so I really don't care about the cuts.

First of all, I never supported any wars in Iraq, and I publicly criticized my government over it right here on this site.

Secondly, you suck at managing money if you gladly keeping for services not rendered. Because that's exactly what was going on in Central America when the funding was cut.
