Good-for-nothing sycophant Todd Blanche to Judge Tomoko Akane, President of the International Criminal Court (ICC):

"The United States is not a party to the Rome Statute and has never consented to the ICC's authority. As a matter of international law, a treaty cannot bind a non-consenting country. Accordingly, the ICC has no jurisdiction over Americans " anywhere in the world " and any attempt to assert such authority is illegitimate, unlawful, and a direct affront to the sovereignty of the United States."

~snip~

If the US is not a party to the Rome Statute, why did they send Special Counsel Jack Smith for a tour at the Hague to prosecute international war criminals?

Moreover, the nefarious Trumpf junta unethically put sanctions on members of the ICC, making their lives miserable. One of the ICC prosecutors was allegedly caught in an Israeli honeypot trap to discredit him and another prosecutor was intimidated by the sinister former Mossad director Yossi Cohen.

"The U.S. holds significant global sway and provides critical intelligence and logistical support that the court sometimes relies upon to build cases."

Back when West Point was telling Biden to sign it but the admin did not.

It's not a Partisan Thing.

America has Contempt for Law and Contempt for Life.

It's Systemic, Cultural,and Inerraticable.

The Legacy of Chattel Slavery and Colonial Settler Usurpation.

We finished North America in the 19th century.

Then in the he late Twentieth century Used the Post War Vacuum abroad to expand our Reach.

We never Demobilized after WW2.
