Cocaine abuser Chris Wingate is the government-relations director for defense and foreign policy at the sinister Heritage Foundation. He was jailed at the CCB where several Jan 6 lunatics were held after their brazen assault against the US government.

This loser previously worked as a national security adviser for good-for-nothing Sen. Joni Ernst (R-IA) and a military legislative assistant for Canadian-Cuban poltroon Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX).

An indictment or arrest is merely an allegation. All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.

Typo corrected: "US Capitol Police (USCP) officers arrested Heritage Foundation executive Matthew Christopher Wingate after a routine security check uncovered a 9mm pistol magazine and drugs in his bag as he tried to enter the Russell US Senate building."

I thought Guns made Everyone Safer?

Gee, it's almost like they don't believe their own BS.

Guns everywhere for the Rabble, Gun Free Zones for the Masters of the Universe.

Weird.

One expects, in regards to a full on investigation as to who was about to purchase those drugs or the ammo...a full on coverup like the Epstein Trump coverup.

The news here is that Hunter Biden has joined Heritage Foundation!

Wait, it wasn't Hunter Biden allegedly leaving drugs in the White House this time?

One wonders how Matthew Christopher Wingate will be sentenced for possessing drugs which disqualify his possession of a firearm...

In 1987 - during the height of 'Just Say No' - my girlfriend (later wife) and I toured the Capitol, went outside to a downpour, then got in a security line to go back inside so we could find some bathrooms and let the rain ease up. Security searched her purse (again) and found a roach in a cigarette celophane, and we got to tour parts of the Capitol we hadn't seen earlier. The way they reacted, you'd have thought she had a kilo. Meanwhile, I had a ounce of weed crotched, and was happy as hell there were no dogs about. Anyway, after visitng the police station and Capitol jail in the basement, they shipped her off to the DC jail downtown. I carried her purse on the subway - lots of looks - back to where we'd parked at a suburban train station. Found a parking ticket on the car, drove to our hotel and called a lawyer - still remember James Michael Bailey. I had to meet with him to pay, and after he heard the story, he charged me $50 and said what a bunch of BS it was. It took from about 2 that afternoon to maybe 2AM to get her out of jail the next morning. Then a year later, got mail from the DC jail saying if we didn't come back to claim her shoelaces and BIC lighter, they'd be trashed.

James Michael Bailey -- sounds like a good Irish name.

Get jammed up anywhere in the US or the world, hire an Irish lawyer.

Good advice - he got everything dropped, no charges.

I believe that.

Best place to protest Dummkopf Trumpf is in NYC because of our liberal judges and Irish lawyers.

This terrific humanitarian died way too young: Link
