Elon Musk @elonmusk Follow Derek Chauvin was unjustly convicted of murder, therefore he should be freed. The facts show that he was not the cause of death, nor did he at any time intend for a death to occur. Whatever else he may be, he is not a murderer. That is the truth.

I'm not saying Chauvin is innocent, but I am saying the autopsy says he isn't guilty of murder.

The official autopsy by the Hennepin County Medical Examiner ruled George Floyd's death a homicide. The direct cause was cardiopulmonary arrest complicating law enforcement subdual, restraint, and neck compression, noting that the restraint was more than Floyd could withstand due to underlying heart disease. An independent autopsy commissioned by the family concluded asphyxia due to neck and back compression.

That's like giving the guy killed in a motorcycle wreck a COVID test.

Floyd was a fentanyl addict.

"nor did he at any time intend for a death to occur."

Who believes this nonsense?

The same people who think when someone says "I can't breathe" they're lying and it proves they can breathe.

Would you say that what Chauvin did was uncalled for, under the circumstances?

That racist sent money to Chauvin's conjugal visit fund.

Considering his obsession with truck stops, gloryholes, and bathhouses, lfthndturds probably WAS Chauvin's conjugal visit.
