Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy bleating on Faux News: "[Canada's] a country that doesn't have a military ... they have record high euthanasia rates. And so to think that they're gonna go to war with Dummkopf Trumpf and actually win that war with the US, I think it's foolish on their part."

A total of 159 Canadian Armed Forces personnel and seven civilians were killed in Afghanistan fighting alongside US and ISAF partners.

ZERO troops from the Israeli Death Forces (IDF) joined the US in Korea, Vietnam, Iraq, or Afghanistan.

ZERO.

30,000 Canadians volunteered to fight for the US military against the North Vietnamese Army and the Viet Cong in SE Asia while Republican Dummkopf Trumpf dodged the draft.

At least 134 were KIA, including US Army Ranger Rob McSorley (left) in March 1970.

A half-brother of mine left his native US, crossed into Canada, and joined the black beret regiment to fight Nazis when Republicans like this imbecile were still kissing Hitler's buttocks. (Check out the GOP's "strict neutrality" 1940 platform - effin' disgraceful.)

They can commit about 4500 infantry to battle, the other 90% being support and logistics. That's 1 brigade. It takes 4 brigades to make a single division. The US Army fields 11 divisions.

The US and Russia are in a competition to see which country can toss the most lives and treasure down war's bottomless rathole and still lose.

The language of the 1940 GOP platform about maintaining strict US neutrality was all approved by the Ford and Dupont families, as well as Charles "Lucky Lindy" Lindbergh and Reichminister Hermann Goering, who provided the money for those Republicans' campaign committees.

From what I have read so far, Joseph P. Kennedy did not see that specific language, but he would have approved of it.

Der Fuhrer kept a portrait of Henry Ford in his office and in the early 1920s lameneted that he could not send "shock troops" to help the automobile magnate with political campaigns or labor unrest.
