California has already implemented this security feature in and effort to combat food stamp fraud.

Trumpy is too busy vomiting in his own mouth (campaigning) and accusing Minnesotans of fraud and blaming Somalians (and probably transsexuals) for eating your pets to actually prevent easily preventable fraud.

Congress led by MAGA Mike is currently too busy telling Trumpy how yummy his taint is.

That's right dumbass they FUND IT. The States distribute it. And Food Stamps are now called SNAP. Same-same.

But the feds set the rules. The federal government could have made that a rule decades ago.
