Trans do have civil rights as all Americans do and those should be protected just as they should be for all Americans but they do not have a "civil right" to complete in sports if it is inherently unfair to others for them to do so. It is similar to allowing a 200 lb wrestler compete in 100 lb bracket. Inherently unfair.

Trans apparently need their own bracket so they can compete fairly.

You know banks did not do this out of the goodness of their hearts.
