... The survey, which was conducted in December and released Friday, also shows increased trust in physicians, climate scientists, federal agencies like the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the Environmental Protection Agency, local public health departments and the World Health Organization for providing information about the health harms of global warming. These sources of information are under threat: President Donald Trump's administration has proposed cutting most of the EPA's budget and initiated mass firings at the CDC, taken down climate and health information from government websites, frozen or revoked funding for some climate research and interventions, stalled environmental justice initiatives, and proposed rescinding a 16-year-old federal finding that mandates government action on greenhouse gases. Trump also withdrew the US from the World Health Organization and the Paris climate accord. The survey was conducted by the Yale Program on Climate Change Communication and George Mason University's Center for Climate Change Communication. Edward Maibach, a principal investigator of the survey, said its results are fundamentally irreconcilable with the actions of the Trump administration. ...

It would be so wonderful if republican policies only affected republicans. So THEY can cut their taxes to zero, THEY can go bankrupt, THEY can suck on pollution, and THEY can destroy their homes with climate change while the rest of us watch and laugh.

So far the biggest victims of the impact of climate change are red states, so that's a positive.

YOu're so stupid that you used an example of GOVERNMENTAL REGULATIONS WORKING to protect the environment, as part of your argument against governmental climate regulations.
This is how dumb you have to be to join trump's cult.

This is what happens when money used for a cause turns into a grift, people get cynical.
Like many Lumper causes, they start out feeling good and well meaning, I am all for fixing the climate, Teslas etal. But eventually grow into a money making greed operation, worse than any capitalist company you could complain about because these organizations just siphon off money with no real purpose other than to pay for jet setting jaunts and conferences.
For instance .
Despite reporting only $100 in total revenue in 2023, a $2 billion grant was awarded to a new nonprofit, Power Forward Communities. www.epa.gov
There has been a laundry list of "new" green energy companies just created accepting Government money.
Tragic, its worse than big oil really.

This is feel good.
Once people knew the Ozone hole was caused by CFCs its useage dropped 50% before the government entered into the Montreal Protocol.
Its ironic too, because did you order a Tesla to "Save the planet", now you disown it just because you don't like the owner.
What bullshit artist you are.

He can't be serious, right?
Ozone depleted- world took action to limit chlorofluorocarbons-Ozone healed
Acid rain, world took action to control sulfur and carbon emissions from coal plants-problem solved
Rivers bursting into flames-US passes regulations controlling discharges of hazardous compounds into rivers-rivers are healing, no more firey rivers
People's IQs are literally sinking-remove lead from gasoline and paint-IQs rise steadily, likely a positive impact on crime reduction as a side effect
Birds dying at massive scale-ban DDT-birds recover
and on and on and on
Until idiots took over the republican party.
Think how healed the globe would be if Gore had won in 2000, we'd have 24 years of a climate change fight behind.

I wish I could work up enough empathy to care.
I did, for a long time. I cared a lot.
I don't give a crap about my own species anymore.
We're demonstrably too stupid to be allowed to survive.
Life will continue on this planet long after humans are gone.
FYI - we're not special. There is no god.
It's hilarious that you idiot clowns believe any of that abrahamic nonsense.
No gods, no kings.
Everything happens for a reason.
Physics. That's it. That's all.
