President Donald Trump's lawsuit against the Internal Revenue Service over his leaked tax returns was filed for an "improper purpose," a judge said Monday in a scathing decision that recommended attorney sanctions and disciplinary action. The ruling from U.S. District Judge Kathleen Williams amounts to a stinging rebuke of the Republican president's lawsuit, characterizing it as an exercise in self-dealing in which he sued an entity that is effectively under his control. "The nature of the suit itself and the conduct of the Parties and counsel from its filing make plain that this was an attempt to use the Court to provide some legitimacy to an agreement to confer immunity to people and entities affiliated with the President and to earmark billions of dollars from American taxpayers to redress grievances not defined in the law," the judge wrote.

The Israeli Death Forces (ID) killed at least six people in Gaza this weekend, including Tala Abu Matar (9). The American taxpayer funded IDF continues its constant violations of the US-backed one-way ceasefire deal which only disarmed Palestinian resistance fighters, not the homicidal IDF. Lancet Global Health reports the death toll in Gaza is ~75,200. In Jerusalem, the IDF butchered unarmed Nasr Za'al Ka'abneh (20). The IDF are the US-backed serial killers of the Middle East, slaughtering defenseless adults and children like Jeffery Dahmer. US Peace Envoy mega-oligarch Steve Wikoff de-humanized Gaza's Palestinians as two million Nazis." US midterm elections are scheduled for Tuesday 3 Nov 2026.

So, who are the Nazis here?

As California tries to derail Paramount's $110 billion takeover of Warner Bros. Discovery, Paramount CEO David Ellison's friends and advisers have been pushing the media executive to consider shifting his business out of the state. Ellison's confidantes have pushed him to consider moving its corporate headquarters and reallocating much of its $30 billion in planned spending outside the state if California Attorney General Rob Bonta were to sue to stop the merger, according to people familiar with the discussions. No decisions have been made, these people said, and the considerations may just be a show of brinkmanship, given so much of the industry's production takes place outside of Hollywood already. The new wave of Democrats and progressives, he argued, are repeating the same mistakes that cost the party in the past. "These people are so f"ing stupid I don't know what to say about it," said Carville, who previously served as a senior adviser to former President Clinton. "So now we have this idea that these insurgent Democrats. And what is their solution?" "Is their solution to beat Republicans, to run against Republicans? No! Journalist Pidcock debuts with a revealing account of how white evangelical worship music "has become a servant of the political right." Unlike Black worship songs that often emphasize themes of liberation, white evangelical worship songs tend to reinforce strict power hierarchies, "celebrate the exile of everyone who doesn't fit their definition of the saved," and depict rigid gender binaries that paint women as submissive "helpers of men."
