Is it my imagination, or is MAGA increasingly behaving as if they will lose 2024?

Related to Stone but veering a bit off topic. I write of that slope. Is there a name for it or is it one of those curious things that, well, just kinda happens? Did his parents strap him to a cradle board in order to accomplish cranial deformation? Perhaps the rasty egg from which he hatched overheated. I dunno, but I sure am curious.

"Plan to Win Election Relies on Judges and Courts"

So the JeffJ's of the world can say

"Sorry liberals, but this was all perfectly legal!"

Florida is known as a two-party consent state. This means that, under state law, all parties involved in private conversations must consent to that conversation being recorded.

So what? Do you have an opinion on trump's team already planning to overthrow democracy?

Bless your stupid heart.

No sweetie, that applies to TELEPHONE conversations. NOT public speeches or public conversations.

the supreme court still hasn't decided on presidential immunity...biden should have stone arrested and charged with conspiracy to subvert a federal election.

Biden? He's gonna wanna slow hug Roger Stone and play with his hair while singing Kumbaya and dancing in a room filled with paper Mch hearts he and Jill made.

Biden is too soft, and not just in the head.

Yet, he's still a vast improvement over Trump.

What a sad state of affairs we find ourselves in.

Roger Stone reminds me of a villain from a Batman movie.

"secretly videotaped "
(by women who lied and misrepresented themselves, for ethics! and social virtue signalling points)
If it was a public statement, why the 'secretly videotaped'?
Add to this the clumsy misinterpretation, that is the lawyers and judges at the ready so that the neolib counting apparatus doesn't get away with excluding observers, etc, or like in Cobb county actually shredding ballots ahead of an anticipated judicial challenge.
I think he was referring to catching the dems, not rigging by reps. The dems last time got away with things they shouldn't have, because of the latency in the systems designed to prevent them from acting up. They could exclude the observers and shred the ballots, then present it as a fait accompli regardless of any challenge.

So Hillary goes on record in front of the country and says Dems should not accept the results of the 2020 election if Trump wins and even outlines how they can use the courts to fight back and liberals say nothing. Then, a Rep does it some years later and all of a sudden it's a bad thing. Once again, if you don't like something then hold your own party accountable for doing it before you start making comments about the other party doing it.

But, as usual, if liberals didn't have hypocrisy, they wouldn't have a platform.

If you would hold your own party accountable then we world not have to.

When will you hold republicans accountable for J6?

Or is it that you liked what they did on J6?

...Hillary...says Dems should not accept the results of the 2020 election...and...outlines how they can use the courts...
#17 | Posted by humtake

And then she and the Dems would have accepted the rulings of those courts, like they always have. TFG tried the courts and lost 60 odd times. What happened then?
If Pubs didn't have false equivalence, they'd have nothing at all.

@#17 ... So Hillary goes on record in front of the country and says Dems should not accept the results of the 2020 election if Trump wins and even outlines how they can use the courts to fight back and liberals say nothing. ...

The "liberals" said nothing because the results of the 2020 election was accepted.

Why does your alias seem to need to misrepresent what actually occurred in its 5 O'clock Charlie postings?

I mean really?

Does your alias get some manner of joy by showing itself to be, not only totally irrelevant to the discussion, but seeming to enjoy making an utter fool of itself on a mostly daily basis?

Stated differently, what do you expect the outcome of your postings to be, besides the ridicule they currently seem to crave?

Going to court to stop the Democrats massive voter fraud operation isn't going to do anything. The courts don't care about the law, the evidence, the facts, or the constitution, and ignored all of them in 2020.
