Vice President Kamala Harris' campaign raised $361 million in August, more than triple what former President Donald Trump brought in and the most a presidential campaign has ever raised in a single month. The campaign said it has $404 million in cash on hand, a total spread across the Harris campaign, the Democratic National Committee and other joint fundraising committees.
Most of the total could come from large donations.
No it can't Eberly, and you should know that. These are direct donations, not Super PAC numbers. Individuals - be they billionaires or paupers - can only max out at $3,300 for presidential elections.

The Harris campaign said its August haul was the best grassroots fundraising month in presidential history, after nearly 3 million donors contributed throughout the month and 1.3 million donors contributed for the first time this cycle. It also said that of the first-time donors, three-quarters did not contribute in the last presidential election.
Additionally, the campaign said 95 percent of August donations were under $200 and that teachers and nurses are the most common donor occupations. More than 60 percent of donors in August were women, and almost a fifth of donors were registered Republicans or Independents, according to the campaign. ...
