Of course he would. Why disappoint the rest of us. Anything else would demean his character. Don't fail us now, ya fruitcake.

The Health Department said that if the ad is not removed within 24 hours, the department will initiate legal proceedings to obtain an injunction.

Of course DeSantis would lose, even with Trump's SCOTUS. And then he would become thoroughly familiar with the Streisand Effect.

The Streisand effect is an unintended consequence of attempts to hide, remove, or censor information, where the effort instead increases public awareness of the information. en.m.wikipedia.org

DeSantis hates the first amendment.

Elmo the Eccentric says the second amendment is there to protect the first amendment.

So I guess them local tv stations need to arm themselves.

I live here and I see the TV commercials and the pre-Amendment 4 commercials are just so much more compelling than the lies put out by the anti-abortion ------! Their commercials are just lies designed to fool stupid people!

He's little dick tater.

The Marihuana Amendment here requires 60 percent approval rather than the usual 50+.

"Marihuana Amendment here requires 60 percent approval rather than the usual 50+."

I sort of think it will win anyway. Who really is the opposition to it? IMHO it's the people who own and run the medical marijauna dispensaries who know fully well they are selling recreationa; marijuana but don't want to lose their exclusive right to do so. Medical Marijuana is just a cover for recreational marijauna to make it sound better to the dumb asses in this stupid state. Proof of the stupidity of Florida: Our governor and both of our Senators. None of the three of them give two s**ts about the people of Florida. The worst part is that even Republicans here in Florida know that as well as I do, The Republican Party is based on one thing here; "anti-woke" There is an anti-eoke hate here that motivates people to vote against their own economic interests.

Have you always been a whiney little child?

The First Amendment does NOT cover a privately-owned site, like the Retort.

Meanwhile,

You're like the guest who was invited to dinner, then spends the entire time complaining about everything: the food, the table setting, the host.

Perhaps you should just keep your ignorant mouth shut when you feel the urge to criticize our host.

We're all here at his forbearance, and if you hate it so much, the leave or our host would be well within his rights to show you the door.

You're welcome, BellRinger.

Hans,

That was completely off topic. You high?
