Judge to DeSantis: It's the First Amendment, Stupid'

"To keep it simple for the State of Florida: it's the First Amendment, stupid." That's what a federal judge wrote Thursday as he sided with local TV stations in an extraordinary dispute over a pro-abortion rights television ad.

#32 - There are no lies or disinformation in the ad. DeSantis and Ladapo are furious because it's the real and accurate story told by the victim of their policies. So they are lying about it, mischaracterizing the results of what they passed.

They dishonestly put a disclaimer on the ballot that is a total lie about amendment 4. The State of Florida is funding the anti-Amendment 4 campaign - and is being sued over it - because doing that is clearly against the law.

But you stick with your lies and thank the First Amendment for being able to spread your constant lies. Also keep in mind that you lying on this forum is only allowed by the grace of our host, since this is a private business.

Point is, I have seen a lot of accusations made by Reps that are supported by real and accurate evidence that Dems ignore, that to hear Dems hypocritically call out Reps for doing the same thing just makes me sad for the country. Dems are lying to everyone every day all while calling out Reps lying.
