"To keep it simple for the State of Florida: it's the First Amendment, stupid." That's what a federal judge wrote Thursday as he sided with local TV stations in an extraordinary dispute over a pro-abortion rights television ad.

Considering he's dealing with an angry MAGAt thicko governor and his hoodoo-voodoo-we-do "health" honcho, Judge Walker used a velvet glov to wipe them away (for a time).

a florida gov will never be president.
why? because the rest of the country views Florida has the Disney clown state a place for fun and debauchery and whatever the ---- else, not good governance. And they know that the only reason Florida has money is because of the tourism dollars, which doesn't apply to most of the rest of the country.

Florida just doesn't measure up to California and you're a little insecure about it.
It's the Trump/Palmer phenomenon again. If you contact your state's Surgeon General he would probably prescribe some ivermectin to help you deal with that.
