Madison Shooter Suspect is 15-year-old Female Student

A teacher and a student were killed at Abundant Life Christian School, authorities said. Six people were injured, and the suspected shooter, a 15-year-old female student, is dead.

Good question. Was it parental negligence again? She should have never had access to one.

More and more American Christians identify and rally around the bloodsoaked lessons of the Old Testament, nationalism, white supremacy and gun culture (notice I didn't say just guns).

From my perspective as a Catholic Worker, identifying and rallying around the New Testament, the characteristics of Jesus and a culture of just acts and mercy, irrespective of color or country may be a better long-term solution for America if it truly wants to keep considering itself a "Christian nation"
