White House Orders Government DEI Employees to be Placed on Leave

Employees in any federal diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility offices will be placed on paid administrative leave "effective immediately," according to a post from White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt.

OPM acting director Charles Ezell sent the memorandum to federal department and agency heads, instructing them to inform all employees of DEI offices by 5 p.m. Wednesday that they were being placed on paid administrative leave effective immediately.

I would be shocked if anyone let alone a ridiculous percentage of DEI workers voted R. It's basically a pre-req for the role to be a deep left on the political spectrum to even think to want to seek those roles out.

Honestly, I wouldn't. While there are people who sincerely believe in it, I've also seen a lot of DEI advocates and facilitators who are just cynical or opportunistic grifters. I'm sure a lot of them are happy to get extra paid leave and probably aren't too worried about having to reinvent or rebrand themselves as a lot of their competition falls away.

A representative government should represent a country's demographics.

A workforce that has diversity, differences in backgrounds, and differences in experiences is a more knowledgeable and adaptive workforce.

Diversity is not just about race and religion. It is also about including folks from the city, or folks from the country. Rich folks and folks with more modest backgrounds. Veterans and civilians. And yes, even conservative folks and liberal folks, Democrats and Republicans.

We limit our potential and resilience as a nation by filling our government with people who all think the same. The same goes for business.

So what are the qualifications? If you have 10 employees you make sure there are an equal amount of race and sexual preferences hired? So out of the 10, 4 are white, 3 are black and 2 are LBGT. A very bright and qualified white candidate shows up for the 10th job, as a DEI administrator qualifications are thrown out the window, the white candidate can't be hired.
That is the qualification for the job.

Having said that, this is a desperately needed measure that really needs to be legislated into law. DEI is evil. It teaches white kids to hate themselves and teaches black and brown kids to hate white kids. And that's the tip of the iceberg. The grift is starting to end and it's not soon enough.

DEI is the FBI reaching out to HBCU students to bring more AA into their organization.
