I don't recall, given that the culling occurred late November/December. Thats about when I saw TJs was out of eggs, and NobHill was going for $8.99 a dozen.

Yeah, that's the thing with viral infections.

They happen (bluntly, ---- happens).

But when an outbreak occurs, how does the Oval Office react?

In the case of bird flu, the Oval Office seemed to want to lower the spread of the disease.

Looking back at COVID, how did the Oval Office react at the time?

It seems to have embraced the assault of the COVID invasion of the Country. Indeed, apparently siding with the enemy that was invading the Country to allow it to ~gain more territory.~


So, maybe, a comparison of those two different approaches may be appropriate before criticism is leveled.
