Vice President Now Going to Greenland with His Wife

Vice President JD Vance will travel to Greenland this week, joining his wife on a visit to the massive island President Donald Trump wants the U.S. to take over.

"The government of Greenland distanced itself from the visit in a post on Facebook late Monday, saying, "Just for the record, Naalakkersuisut, the government of Greenland, has not extended any invitations for any visits, neither private nor official."

"We are now at a level where this cannot in any way be characterized as a harmless visit from a politician's wife," outgoing Prime Minister Mute B. Egede said Monday.

"The only purpose is to demonstrate power over us."

Over the weekend, a man who lives in Sisimiut, Greenland, named Aannguaq Reimer-Johansen posted an image to Facebook of a red hat featuring the words, "Make America Go Away."

Over on X, plenty of users empathized with Greenland's plight and celebrated the "Make America Go Away" hat, with many asking where they could buy it."

So, a frozen cell out on the island for the duration of the Coup Attempt against the Gov maybe somewhere way out on the island sounds appropriate.
