The White House needs to answer the question of how close this American born citizen came to being shipped to a secret prison in a foreign country where from which there is no return. What if he had refused to provide his social security number, which is not legally required to do? Would he have received due process or would Trump have just sent him away?

You will probably have to get the Supreme Court to force them to "facilitate" its release. Especially if it contains evidence incriminating or refuting HS.
