Shakespeaker nailed the problem with brewing up conspiracy theories in Macbeath:

Double, double toil and trouble;
Fire burn and caldron bubble.
Fillet of a fenny snake,
In the caldron boil and bake;
...
Double, double toil and trouble;
Fire burn and caldron bubble.
Cool it with a baboon's blood,
Then the charm is firm and good

Trump's response to the Epstein thing has been thoroughly deceitful. He's providing no or fake information

If he isn't hiding his own complicity in the death of Epstein then he's hiding something.

Trumpy obviously wants you to stop talking about it.

And so the plot thickens ...

This is one of those stories to which you attach jumper cables and let the juice fly whenever MAGAts start losing interest so they get as fidgety as Trump when the subject arises. (As well they should.)

Epstein died during Trump's first term as president.

Why does anyone believe Trump will release the information that shows he had Epstein killed?

Baffles me.

"Why does anyone believe Trump will release the information"

You think these are the kind of people who are going to say "You know, the Democrats have been saying all along Trump is a rapist with a fondness for little girls, who has settled 25 sexual assault lawsuits out of court, maybe the Democrats are right."

Republicans are simply not able to articulate why they thought Trump would spill the beans on Epstein.

That's more introspection than they are capable of.

Neither are they able to articulate why he teased spilling the beans.

I think they live their lives in a sort of dream.

Bingo!!! We have a winner. MAGAs are INCAPABLE of either the type of honesty or introspection that would be needed to explain why they thought Trump would not spill the beans unless his name was prominently displayed on the lists of frequent Epstein guests.
