Multiple men have impersonated ICE agents to kidnap and assault women, exploiting the agency's use of masks and unmarked vehicles.
A shirt from eBay and a ski mask is all someone needs to impersonate ICE agents who are not carrying ID and are refusing to identify themselves.

Man denies posing as a federal agent. Here's what Huntington Park PD says
Fernando Diaz, 23, was arrested on Tuesday after officers came across his Dodge Durango parked in a handicapped zone near the 7000 block of Alameda Street, according to police.
Officers searched the vehicle and found a loaded 9mm semi-automatic firearm, official-looking documents bearing the heading of Homeland Security Investigations and U.S. Customs and Border Protection, a sheet containing U.S. CBP radio codes, and multiple copies of passports not registered under the individual's name, according to Lozano.

Did Snoofy lie again?
Among nearly 4,000 first- and second-degree murder convictions, undocumented immigrants accounted for nearly 13 percent significantly higher than their percentage of the population. Legal immigrants, by contrast, were less than 1 percent of convicts. Native-born made up the rest.
Undocumented immigrants also accounted for five times the rate of convictions for money laundering and kidnapping, and were three times more likely to be convicted of drive-by shootings

I am going with yes, snoofy is promoting another lie.

The crime rate among illegal immigrants in Arizona is twice that of other residents, Attorney General Jeff Sessions said Friday, citing a new report based on conviction data.
Does he not know what Reverend Sun Myung Moon's Washington Times is?
Does he not know who Jeff Sessions is?
Does he think that's unbiased data?
Does he not know those findings have not been replicated by other studies, because it's White Nationalist propaganda?
The one thing I think that makes him working for the Chinese Government so obvious is the fact that he thinks all Americans are as stupid as Visitor_, GracieAmazed, and so on.
He's succumbed to his own stereotypes about fat lazy Americans.
John Lott en.wikipedia.org
Illegal immigration and crime
Lott has non-peer-reviewed research that purports to show that undocumented immigrants are more crime-prone than U.S. citizens. In doing so, Lott lumped together both legal and illegal immigrants in prison into a category for illegal immigrants, leading to an elevated crime rate for illegal immigrants.[63][64] The Washington Post fact-checker wrote that this was a "significant flaw in Lott's study that undercuts his conclusion. Lott says the overall thrust of his study still holds, but the issue muddles his research and invites guesswork as to the actual crime rate for the undocumented immigrant population in Arizona."[65]
Lott's claims were heavily promoted by the Trump administration to justify its anti-immigration policies, in particular their attempts to end DACA.[63][66]
