Judge Jeanine Can't Even Indict a Ham Sandwich

The US Attorney's office of Washington DC failed in their attempt to indict Sean Charles Dunn on the charge of felony assault of an officer after Dunn threw a sandwich at a member of Custom and Border protection. It is rare that grand juries decline to indict in DOJ led cases but this is the second time in three days that it has happened to the Jeanine Pirro lead DC office.

The failure to indict is also an embarrassment for FBI Director Kash Patel after he had raised the profile of the case by announcing the arrest and felony charge using his official twitter (X) account on August 14.

I would prefer to think that the grand jury simply acted in a non-political manner and recognized that tossing a sandwich at someone doesn't rise to the level of attempting to inflict corporal injury upon another.

Just wait until some poor stiff arrested for a bad attitude or untucked shirt comes to court, and the arresting fool cannot credibly testify that he/she was the one on the pinch, because they were masked up, so couldn't be identified as the arresting officer. It will be comedy gold when when some PD gets the case thrown out, and also the last day the visiting tourists from coal country or Hocking Hills wear masks on the streets of DC...
