Rosie is now seemingly relevant after losing a significant amount of weight. She really looks healthy. I've certainly noticed the seventy pounds I've lost, dropping from 240 to 165 pounds, by swapping strong coffee with one pack of Splenda in a 12-oz serving for several daily caffeinated sodas. My "new" pants from Saint Vinnies are now baggy, 36 inches, down from a snug 44 inches! I saved my "fat" leather belts with additional holes.
