I've kept up with much of this over 5 years.

This isn't a sudden revelation for people who have been paying attention.

During Trump's first term, he initiated Congress to officially get involved.

He's not the first. Harry Reid, Senate Majority Leader, took a bold step funding more research into UFO's because he was absolutely convinced we are not alone.

Marco Rubio is a current supporter of this effort to see how the US is, not might be, vulnerable to these crafts that have been observed in the air and documented since WWI.

I find this interesting because I want to be on the starting line watching this unfold.

If there's any truth to this, the more likely scenario, based on current observations, is that they're older than the human race and may be using the oceans as their base.

You are correct. The Milky Way Galaxy that our solar system is a very small part of, is one of billions of such galaxies.

It would be a reasonable guess that an advanced life form may have learned to travel from one location to another in space without even physically moving.

If you compared the size of our solar system (planets revolving around our sun) to the Milky Way Galaxy that we're within, it would be approximately comparing the thickness of a hair to the diameter of our earth.

And there are billions of these galaxies.

Still think we're the only life form out there?

I have never said I believe they don't exist. I've also never said I believe they exist.

There's a lot of possible evidence out there and people who have seen things.

It's getting awfully high up the food chain of people with credentials telling their stories.

Trump wrote on Truth Social that "based on the tremendous interest shown," he would be directing Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth and officials at other relevant agencies "to begin the process of identifying and releasing Government files related to alien and extraterrestrial life, unidentified aerial phenomena (UAP), and unidentified flying objects (UFOs), and any and all other information connected to these highly complex, but extremely interesting and important, matters."

Trump's announcement comes after former President Barack Obama said in a podcast interview that aliens were real, later clarifying that he meant "the odds are good there's life out there." Obama added in his clarification that he had seen "no evidence" of alien existence during his time in office.

Keep in mind during his first term he directed DOD to take 6 months to prepare a report for Congress about their knowledge of UAPs. They did and they said there are unknown origin flying objects that after extensive investigation were unable to explain.

This isn't something Trump just suddenly got an interest in.

Considering this advanced technology has been seen by pilots for decades, it is unlikely any other foreign powers are behind it.

I strongly accept the existence of a higher power. I've seen too many instances of synchronicity to doubt that something is at work in this world.

At the same time, I see a growing body of evidence suggesting something unexplained is operating in our airspace and on earth.

If both are true, that creates a paradox.

Most of my life has been spent dealing with conflicts between things people assume must be mutually exclusive.

You would be surprised what has been witnessed with eyes and electronic tracking systems.

The laws of physics we know of don"t apply to the crafts seen and recorded.

We're talking about military and commercial pilots seeing things that move in ways impossible for us.

I will say Obama had the 2008 recession, which was pretty bad, and he handled that well by reducing SS deductions from paychecks.

Still, invading the rest of Ukraine, and COVID and the fallout from the global economic shutdown were things Obama avoided.
