A new video released by Iranian state media shows what appears to be a U.S. cruise missile striking a compound where around 175 Iranian students and staff were killed at a girls school a little over a week ago.

The school was located on a military compound. It might have been the US or Israel and it was it was most certainly not deliberate but a horrible accident.

Or, it could have been another Cinema Rex or a misfired Iranian missile.

You want it to be so so that you don't have to think negative thoughts about Dear Leader.

They're bombing Tehran and other infrastructure (ie civilians) indiscriminately. It's not outside the realm of possibilities that they hit the base and associated buildings without knowing fully what they were.

They've also shown zero planning or real goals or directions in this sham endeavor.

Given the sudden involvement of the Dollar Store Beavis and -------- (ie Don Jr and Erik) in defense industries, drones in particular, I wouldn't be surprised if this was nothing more than an intentional expenditure of US munitions to force a mass purchase of updated munitions. It's a long term grift.

This war was ill planned or unplanned. I doubt targets were well vetted and checked. The proximity to the base probably had it labeled as something ambiguous but worth the several million dollar cruise missile they hit it with.

It's a cluster f*&^ run by a merry band of incompetents.

Which makes it only barely a step above intentional.

USCENTCOM J2 should have corroborated the target coordinates.

If DIA or CIA provides targeting data for a European target, EUCOM J2 would also double check the data.

The same applies to PACOM J2.

The Combatant Commands (COCOMs) are the warfighters, not the Pentagon war planners or CIA/DIA analysts.

There should be no rush in destroying targets without double checking.

In 1999 the US mistakenly bombed the Chinese Embassy in Serbia because of faulty or outdated data.

It was an IRGC clinic on the base. It made the targeting list because the head of the Iran Revolutionary Guards Command personally came in and did the ribbon cutting there last year, making it important to the IRCG (maybe). Satellite shows it was hit directly on the roof. It's probable the overpressure from the blast triggered the partial collapse of the school building on the other side of the compound.
